In this video essay/analysis - we're going to be diving deep into RiME - an adventure platformer that began its journey as a Sony PlayStation 4 exclusive. Half a decade later - it still seems like one of the most underappreciated games from the previous generation of consoles. In this video I shall be taking a look at how it tackles the complex nature of grief throughout its runtime, and if it succeeds or fails in its task of trying to do so.
