I don't think the soulsborne games, Sekiro, or Elden Ring should have an Easy mode. I don't believe it is necessary for developers to deviate from their vision just to be inclusive towards certain audiences. I also believe that these games have many ways to make them easier or harder depending on what you want. The same goes for many other games as well.
