Rooted in Darkness is a short horror game about a house that's overtaken by magic, evil roots. You approach the house and get knocked out by an unknown man. You wake up to see the house being devoured by the growing roots, and must find a way to escape.

Rooted in Darkness is a haunting and immersive low poly horror experience that will take you on a journey through darkness and fear. The game features 2 short cutscenes and escape room like gameplay. Created during the three day Global game jam Gothenburg 2023 event and came in 2nd place at the venue.
